Our Parent-Teacher Organization plays a major role in improving the quality of education at Cleveland Elementary. Positive parental involvement in the education process is encouraged through PTO sponsored activities and various fundraising projects. The monthly PTO meeting is held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria or in Room 104 across from the cafeteria. All parents and interested community members are encouraged to get involved in this beneficial organization.

The PTO in our present building was established in 1995 and a stable foundation was laid under the dedicated leadership of president Rick Johnson. Our annual Rick Johnson Memorial Pinewood Derby is held in his honor.
The skilled leadership of succeeding presidents and their elected officers and the participation of our parents and teachers in this valuable organization have produced a solid PTO program that benefits every facet of the school.
