Mrs. Jackie Wallace has created an inviting, educational atmosphere in our school library for students, parents, and teachers. Students have access to a wide variety of books. Parents may check out materials from the library's Parent Resource Center to work with their child at home. The "What's a Parent To Do?" series by Peggy Adkins is one of the parenting helps available for checkout. In the Professional Development section of the library, an extensive list of books and materials are available for teachers and staff. |

These cute, whimsical characters, painted by our cafeteria staff (Linda Rasnake and Connie Barton), bring delighted smiles to the faces of our children. Getting our students to eat in the cafeteria is never a problem because these ladies prepare excellent meals and always serve our students and staff graciously. |

Our school community expresses thanks to Mrs. Shenna Fife for her excellent documentation of the beautification projects at Cleveland Elementary through the creation of a School Beautiful Portfolio. The efforts of Mrs. Fife and her team, the vision of principal Larry Rasnake, and the exceptional work of custodians Roger Lynthlin and Mary Artrip earned Cleveland Elementary the First Place School Beautiful Portfolio Award in the Elementary Category and the Melissa M. Settle Most Improved Award sponsored by the Russell County Environmental Council. You may view the portfolio in our school library. |
