Randy and Eliza Williams

Randy N. Williams is a lifelong resident of Russell County and has strong family ties to the public office, as his Uncle Roosevelt Ferguson held the position as Commissioner of the Revenue from 1960 until his death in 1989.

Randy and his wife Eliza reside in Lebanon, VA.  They have one son Kevin Williams, also residing in Lebanon.

Randy has just been re-elected to serve another term as Russell County's Commissioner of the Revenue.

Mr. Williams received his Master Certification in July 2003.
